Service Description
WaveBabies Parent and Child Aquatics course will help young children become comfortable in, on and around the water so that when the time comes, they are ready to learn how to swim. An adult is required to accompany each child in the water 6 Mo to 3yr. Thislays the foundation for future aquatic skills. Adult participants learn too! Adults learn how to safely handle their infants or toddlers in, on and around the water, as well as how to become water smart. Feel comfortable in the water. • Enter and exit the water safely. • Explore breath control and submerging. • Explore floating on the front and back. • Change body position in the water. • Play safely in the water. • Experience wearing a life jacket. Parents, you also learn: • How to properly supervise children and maintain safe behavior in, on and around the water. • How to hold and support your child in the water. • How to select and fit a U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket for your child. • Valuable water safety information to make your family safer in, on and around the water.

Cancellation Policy
Paying in advance secures your place on your preferred date It's important to be aware that no reimbursements or refunds will be given once registered for the course or miss any classes (no show). This covers participants who do not successfully complete the course, those who fail the pre-test on the first day of class, students who do not attend all scheduled class dates and times, those who do not meet the course skills proficiency (as per American Red Cross requirements), or fail to achieve a score of at least 80 percent on the written exam. CPR, ETC. retains the right to cancel any class due to low enrollment numbers. In such cases, paid participants will be notified 24 hours prior to the first class date via email. If you find it necessary to reschedule your class, you may do so with a $35 fee, as long as the rescheduling takes place at least 3 days before your scheduled class. Participants are allowed to transfer a total of two times, and the training must be completed within 90 days from the original class date. To reschedule, call us at 954-529-8353, so we can arrange your future class. We respect your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your personal information on our website and services.
