Cancellation Policy

Registration, Refund & Privacy Policy Payment in advance reserves your spot in your selected class. All registrations are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, missed classes, failure to complete the course, failure of the prerequisite/pre-course assessment, failure to attend all scheduled sessions, failure to demonstrate required skills, or failure to achieve the minimum passing score required by the American Red Cross. CPR, ETC., Inc. reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment. If this occurs, registered participants will be notified by email at least 24 hours before the first class and may transfer to another class or receive a full refund. Class transfers are permitted for a $35 transfer fee if requested at least 3 days before the scheduled class. A participant may transfer a maximum of two (2) times, and all training must be completed within 90 days of the original class date. To reschedule, call 954-529-8353. Privacy & Text Messaging By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related text messages from CPR, ETC., Inc., including registration confirmations, reminders, weather delays, cancellations, location changes, schedule updates, makeup information, and other important class notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or contact info@cpretc.org for assistance. We do not sell or rent your personal information or mobile phone number. We may use trusted service providers, including Wix, payment processors, and the American Red Cross, to provide our services. We collect information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, billing information, and registration details, along with limited website usage information (such as IP address, browser type, and cookies) to improve our website and services. Your information is used to process registrations and payments, deliver training, communicate important course information, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information; however, no online system is completely secure. You may request access to or correction of your personal information, opt out of marketing communications, and manage cookie preferences through your browser.
